Before shipping, Hilovedoll will definitely do the following: We will provide you with an update on your doll’s production progress every 7 days to ensure you stay informed at all times.

How long does it take to receive my doll?
Delivery time may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Estimated delivery time after shipment:
Normally Custom Dolls: 7-25 business days (production time).
Normally In-stock Dolls: 2-8 business days.

We offer free shipping worldwide for your orders.

For oversized or overweight packages that cannot be shipped by air, we will select the most appropriate shipping method based on the destination, such as truck, rail, or sea transport.

On very rare occasions, severe weather, warehouse backlogs, or random customs inspections may cause delays of 15 to 30 days.

What about customs duties and taxes?
- Import duties may apply in certain countries and typically range from $100 to $350, depending on the doll (Chile can be $600-$700 USD). In some Middle Eastern countries, Norway, and Israel, import duties of $100–$400 may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- These costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- We also handle communication with customs to ensure a seamless delivery. In most cases, we can estimate these costs before your purchase.

Where do you ship from?
All dolls are shipped from China. Orders from overseas warehouses (e.g., U.S. or Europe) will be dispatched directly from the respective warehouse.

Shipping is free worldwide.
Import taxes and duties are determined by local customs and vary based on the country of delivery.
